Before returning a product, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization form. SKRIT will not accept any returns without an RMA number. Please ship the product to SKRIT within 15 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
